Hot Peel vs. Cold Peel, Glitter and Foil: A Guide to DTF Film
DTF film carries your print from the printer to the garment, and the film you choose affects the workflow as much as the finish.

White DTF ink contains titanium dioxide, a heavy pigment that settles out of suspension when the ink sits still. Settled white ink causes weak white layers, clogged dampers and blocked nozzles. That's why most DTF printers stir and recirculate the white channel.
The cap top is the rubber-lipped cup that seals your i3200 printhead when the printer is idle. It does two jobs. It keeps ink from drying in the nozzles, and during cleaning it lets the pump pull ink through the head. If the cap is torn, hardened or blocked, cleanings stop recovering nozzles, no matter how many you run.
Your DTF printer's wiper blade is one of the cheapest parts in the machine, and one of the most important. After every cleaning cycle, it drags across the printhead's nozzle plate and removes excess ink and debris. If it is worn, the debris stays on the plate. That leads to missing nozzles, deflected drops, and the streaks and banding that ruin transfers.
